Up to five replacements are provided. Fast replacement within 72–96 hours for any reason, ensuring uninterrupted service.
Mandatory police verification before appointment. Travel, documentation, and onboarding are arranged and managed by the agency.
Detailed duties include cooking, cleaning, washing, assisting elders and more. No overtime charges — a fixed monthly salary applies.
Leaves are permitted only with agency approval. If a worker absconds, a replacement will be arranged promptly by the agency.
Agreement executed on ₹100 notarized stamp paper. Property damage or misconduct is covered by the agency. One month’s salary is held in custody until service completion.
