DOMESTIC WORKER AGREEMENT

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Advance Payment and Commission
An advance of ₹40,000/- is provided. This includes two months’ salary at ₹12,000/- per month from the date of joining, and a ₹16,000/- commission for a two-year service agreement. This advance also covers travel and police verification costs.
2. Commission Refund
If employment ends before two years, the commission will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
If one year is completed, ₹8,000/- will be refunded to the employer within seven days of service completion.
3. Salary and Working Hours
A salary of ₹12,000/- will be paid for a full month (30/31 days).
No overtime pay will be provided.
4. Job Responsibilities
The employee must perform all household duties including cooking, washing clothes, cleaning utensils, dusting, mopping, assisting the employer’s mother, and any other assigned tasks.
5. Replacement Policy
A replacement will be provided within 96 hours for any reason.
The new candidate must join before the current employee leaves.
6. Payment of Salary
No advance salary will be given.
Salary will be credited to the employee’s bank account by the 7th of the following month, after completing the full month of work.
7. Food and Accommodation
The employer will provide tea, breakfast, lunch, and dinner, along with bathroom and sleeping facilities.
8. Medical Expenses
Any medical emergency or expenses will be covered by the agency and/or applicable medical insurance.
COVID-19 vaccination is mandatory.
9. Guest Policy
The employee’s guests are not allowed to stay at the employer’s home.
The employee may meet guests at the home, but cannot leave the house to meet them elsewhere.
10. Leave Policy
The employee must seek agency approval before taking leave.
Leave will be allowed only after a suitable replacement is arranged.
11. Absconding
If the employee absconds, the agency will take full responsibility and provide a replacement within 72 hours.
12. Police Verification
Police verification will be done at the local police station before final appointment.
13. Non-Satisfactory Work
Up to five replacements will be provided in case of unsatisfactory work.
Final placement will be made only with employer approval.
14. Agreement and Notarization
This agreement will be executed on ₹100/- stamp paper and must be notarized.
15. Property Damage / Theft
Any loss or damage caused by the employee will be borne by the agency or deducted from agency payables.
One month’s salary will be held in custody by the employer and released only after the employee completes their service tenure.
